I bought a van from Dave and the team at Herd Approved in September 2020. During both the buying process and since, the customer service I have received from Dave has been nothing short of outstanding! 

Great buying experience. Due to current situation with covid the van was brought to my home address for viewing and test drive and then delivered back to me two days later. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Excellent communication from Dave throughout. Would definitely buy from Herd again many thanks Dave

Had great service from Dave Donovan from start to finish. Bought 2 vans over the phone. Hadn't seen them. Correctly described and when delivered I was plesantly surprised. A lot of sellers have the attutide 'its only a van that'll do' but vans like anything these days cost a lot of money. Very easy to deal with. Call back when promised and aftercare has been great. No problems with the vans ! Awaiting paperwork ! Would definitely look at the stock here first in the future before elsewhere. Very pleased and thank you Dave.

Recently purchased my 4th vehicle from Herd and had the great service I have become used to from Dave there. Although I didn't see the van before buying it was in exactly the described condition. I would have no hesitation in recommending Herd and will be back again in the future.

This van was in a great condition. The vehicle had been cleaned to a very high standard and the guys there were very helpful. I took the van for a local drive prior to buying with one of the team and he was great. They looked to have a nice selection of different sized vans, all clean and good condition. Overall very satisfied and I will be recommending to my friends and family.

I had a great experience buying with Herd. The vehicle had clearly been looked after and was very up to date with its services and maintenance. Dave and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Dave accompanied me on a test drive and helped me with any questions I had. They have a good variety of vehicles at very competitive prices. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

I have recently purchased two VW vans from Herd Approved for my clients - a Transporter and a Crafter. The vehicles were a couple of years old but with low mileage and in excellent condition. Moreover, Dave Donovan was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and I'm looking forward to buying more vehicles from Herd Approved in the future. They provide a totally professional service and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I would like to pass on my thanks to Dave and the team for excellent customer service and a great van at the right price! I purchased a VW Transporter in March 18 from Herd... after much searching I found a Transporter that ticked the boxes but when I contacted Herd it was already sold. However, Dave advised that a similar van would be in stock in the coming weeks and kept me informed of progress for delivery, price, mileage etc. I arranged to visit Herd and purchased the van which was as described and I am delighted. Overall - highly recommend Herd... the van is in excellent condition and the price is the most competitive on the market.
